Workshops - If you pay a deposit you will get priority notice when workshop booking begins. We will send you notification in advance as soon as the line-up is complete and the workshop timetable drawn up. Please be aware though that we only hold this open for 7 days so you need to return your form promptly. At the end of the 7 day priority booking period all subsequently received booking forms will be processed in order of the date that we received your form.

Please make sure that you provide us with TWO choices for each session you wish to do. We do our best to ensure that everyone gets their first choices but some workshops are always more popular than others. Putting just one choice is NOT a guarantee of getting a place in that workshop - to be sure of your choices please book early! Make sure that you are completely happy with your choices as we are unable to make changes to your pass once a workshop session is underway.

NEW for 2008

For the 2008 festival onwards delegates will be sent an acknowledgement and receipt for any payment and workshop booking form received but workshop passes will not be issued until the start of the festival. There will be a Registration Point where you can collect your pass and be issued with your festival wristband. As part of an increased security initiative delegates will need to be in possession of a valid festival pass and wearing a festival wristband to gain entry to a workshop or evening event. Last minute changes can be arranged at the Registration Point but unless you are on the class register, in possession of both a valid pass and wearing a festival wristband you will not be able to enter a workshop.

Sadly we are having to do this due to a growing problem with people joining workshops after sessions have started - without paying! I am sure you will understand why we wish to make sure that the workshops and evening events are enjoyed solely by those who have paid to be there. Anyone trying to gain entry without a valid pass and wristband will be asked to leave the premises immediately - we may also inform the police. Celebrating Dance is a very popular festival - if you want to take part please buy your ticket in plenty of time!
