I took up Arabic Dancing eight years ago and have found that it has provided a confidence boost, fitness workouts, friendships and a lot of fun! I am a qualified teacher (PGCE) and I now teach all styles of Middle Eastern Dance. My main desire is to make the dance accessible to everyone and I am especially interested in encouraging cross-cultural links by sharing my original choreographies of Eastern Dance to Western (particularly rock) music. I hold an ASMED Teaching Diploma.
